We may have some online learning options which will allow your staff to learn new skills at their pace and convenience. There is also the option of Recognition of Prior Learning to allow eligible staff members a short cut to a required accredited qualification.

PROCESS PAYROLL course details the processes of recording payroll data, preparing the payroll and how to handle payroll enquiries.

PROCESS ACCOUNTS PAYABLE & RECEIVABLE covers the areas of maintaining financial journal systems, preparing bank reconciliations, maintaining accounts payable and accounts receivable systems, processing payments for accounts payable, preparing statement of accounts receivable, and most important of all, following up outstanding accounts.

MAINTAIN A GENERAL LEDGER will show your staff how to process journal entries and prepare a trial balance.

PRODUCE SPREADSHEETS will demonstrate how to select and prepare resources for a spreadsheet. Plan the spreadsheet design, then create the actual spreadsheet. Using the spreadsheet data you can then produce simple charts for presentations and effective analysis of results.
